Disappointed customer
Disappointed customer! I have been waiting for a refund since April but have given up on ever receiving anything or hearing from the Idleman ever again. Shame!
Idleman has closed permanently..
So it turns out for everyone leaving negative reviews idleman is part of oasis and warehouse which have gone into liquidation due to covid19. I'm waiting for a refund of over £200. I wouldn't expect to be hearing anything anytime soon while this is all going on or hope to recieved your parcels but I guess you could try and contact oasis or warehouse directly but it seems their customer services and socials have stopped responding too.

I’ve been waiting weeks for my refund. Their website has gone down and they are not answering emails at all. I’ve messaged them multiple times. Correct Plus tracker shows that the received my package two weeks ago.

This company is terrible to communicate…
This company is terrible to communicate with. They make an error and send me the wrong sized item I struggled to get it sent back and trying to get a refund is a nightmare I will not use this company again as have no confidence in there ability to provide any customer service or money back refunds
I'm yet to receive my package
I'm yet to receive my package, apparantly it was returned to sender but when asking for redelivery it seems the company isn't answering any more emails due to the covid19 situation.

Shambolic customer service, shocking company. If I could give them a negative rating I would.
Website was down so I emailed The Idle Man asking how to return my item. They replied within a matter of minutes with a link to CollectPlus detailing how to return the item. Returned item same day. The Idle Man then went silent. Having emailed and messaged them on Instagram, nothing. Now I'm having to go through my bank to get my refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Package Hasn't Arrived
It's been 15 days and still haven't received my package. They use really terrible shipping companies. Please do us all a favor and use UPS or DHL for international orders. I would rather pay $15 more for shipping and actually receive what I paid for. Customer service is non-existent. I have written several emails and even sent a DM on their instagram page and haven't heard back in 2 weeks. The website has been down a long time so I think they went out of business... I wonder why...

Sorry for this rating, but I didn’t get the model/color I wanted - although I asked before and get the answer „it ist the same color as imaged“. And the worst: I didn‘t get an answer to my written claim send by mail.
